For simplicity (e.g., not having to build multiple, different kernels), it's
recommended to use the *-xen (without "U" or "0" suffix) Kernel for dom0 and
domU.

There are different experiences doing so, and lastly it's a matter of taste
and what you exactly wanna do to decide if you need two separate kernels.

The README should explain how to build all three possible kernel types.
