Unless you specifically hide a device from dom0 and forward it to a
domU, all hardware control happens in dom0.  However, unless you have
things that require binary drivers, everything *should* work under xen
just as well as under regular linux.

I know I've never had troubles getting xen with a Gentoo dom0 to
recognize my hardware, although I have nothing too exotic.
