[Xen-devel] [PATCH 0/4] x86-64: native EFI boot support

This set of patches allows Xen to be booted directly from EFI (i.e.
without intermediate boot loader, and hence with full access to all
information that may need to be retrieved from the platform).

2: EFI boot code
3: EFI runtime code
4: EFI MPS support (optional)
