Ok, reverting the changeset seems to have fixed the problem,
previously I could rarely get into double figures domain numbers
before hitting the crash, I've just started domain id 55.

I will revert the revet patch and pull 19374 tomorrow, and I will
confirm that it has fixed the crash.
