Many thanks!

Actually I tried to create a Initrd with command "mkinitrd initrd.img-2.6.16.xen 2.6.16-xen"
and then add the following line the grub.conf
module /boot/initrd.img-2.6.16.xen

Still no luck. Any further suggestions? I searched online and found many people ran into this problem. But the solution I found is just to make initrd ramkdisk, it does not work for me. :(

Try using an initrd for this kernel.
