Summary: [vt-d] Dom0 will hang at booting if we hide device via
pciback on some 64 bit host
           Product: Xen
           Version: unstable
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Windows
            Status: NEW
          Severity: major
          Priority: P1
         Component: Hypervisor
        AssignedTo: xen-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

With vt-d enabled in grub, if we do not hide any devices in grub, Dom0 can boot
up. if we hide a device, like pciback.hide=(00:19.0), Dom0 prints some ATA
errors as attached log shows.
