I build scsiback out-of-tree for 2.6.32. I just had a go at building against
3.0 and apart from changing some alloc_empty_pages_and_pagevec calls it builds
but won't load saying "xen_scsibk: Unknown symbol set_phys_to_machine (err 0)"
