Does the XCP 1.1 fully support this hardware?
The same HCL applies to both XenServer and XCP. XCP 1.1 is based on XenServer 5.6 SP2. 


Also, any idea how well the Xen tools, such as XenCenter and Xen HW->VM
tools supported in 1.1 release?
XenCenter works fairly well as long you apply the version override discussed here:
