Generally speaking you should use the same method for everything
xen-related that you're going to use. If you compile xen from source,
then you should compile libvirt from source as well.

If you install xen 3.4.2 from rpm, then you should be able to get
xen-devel rpm from the same source. One possible source of both xen
and xen-devel rpm (64bit only): http://www.gitco.de/repo/
