Thread-topic: CPU Usage

Hi Everyone,

I have a dual core machine. In xentop, on a fully loaded machine, should the total cpu usage equal 200?

Also, I upgraded on of my Windows VMs to 2 vCPU, however windows still reports just 1. Is this because I need to install the GPLPV drivers?

Thanks
