I think it's worthwhile keeping an eye out for Zentific. It does not support 
HA yet, but this is on their roadmap if I'm not mistaking. 
Me, I made myself a temporary solution by means of Xming and Appwizard to have 
a sort of mini-console able to start hb_gui, virt-manager and virt-viewer. 
This helps me to at least manage things from whatever Windows station.
