It's supposed to be like that. What dom0/Xen combination are you using?

RHEL/Centos5 with its bundled Xen version have been rock solid. If
you're using a distro-bundled Xen, you should file a bug to the distro
maintainer. If you're using a new version of Xen (4.0.x) you should
gather as much detail (like the console log when dom0 crash/restarted)
and report it to xen-devel.
