The only issue you may run into with the 860 is a lack of VT support for the 
processors.  You'll have to check - some of Dell's 8th generation servers did 
come with VT technology on the MBs and processors, but most of them did not - 
they quickly moved into the 9th generation as VT progressed.  If the 860 does 
have VT support, you should be fine; if not, you won't be able to run HVM domUs.
