Hmm, looked at URL

But what I am looking for is:
Xen "make world" to skip/avoid step below:

make -f buildconfigs/mk.linux-2.6-pvops build
make[4]: Entering directory `/test/xen-4.0.0/contents'
set -ex; \
        if ! [ -d linux-2.6-pvops.git ]; then \
                rm -rf linux-2.6-pvops.git linux-2.6-pvops.git.tmp; \
                mkdir linux-2.6-pvops.git.tmp; rmdir linux-2.6-pvops.git.tmp; \
                git clone git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jeremy/xen.git linux-2.6-pvops.git.tmp; \
                cd linux-2.6-pvops.git.tmp; \
                git checkout xen/master; \
                cd ..; mv linux-2.6-pvops.git.tmp linux-2.6-pvops.git; \
        fi

+ git clone git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jeremy/xen.git linux-2.6-pvops.git.tmp

After download of Xen4.0,
Is there a simple way to disable to not download from git implicitly ?

(I already did it offline and would like to use that build instead.)

Idea is: "make world" would not enforce git automatically.

Any suggestions ?
