Hello all
I have installed  XEN 3.0.3-94 on RHEL 5.4  on HP DL540 with 32GB RAM and 16core processing power and 5*146GB hdd in RADE 5,

In the guest VM I have assigned 2 files and 3 devices as VM disk, with 30GB RAM and 14core, VM is Havinf RHEL 5.2 on it

1) /abc/abc.img -- which is os disk for vm of 10 gb which is hda in VM
2) /dev/hda5 - this is a device which is of 30GB used for data in VM hdb in VM
3) /abc/abc2.img -- this is a file which is used as another data disk for VM this of 70GB hdc in VM
4) /dev/hda6 - this is a device which is of 390 GB and having  hdd in VM

And when we are copying data from hdb from to hdd(which is having LVM in guest VM) its taking very long its getting copied at 10-30 MB per minute.

kindly let me know if i have to enable something to make the copy process faster. may be some setting in VM or at base machine

thanks
