Ken,
Is a complete physical machine. 
What I need is to migrate old hardware to new one without reinstalling de SO
and applications. The idea is create a DOMU from the real server and then
use it over our DOM0.

If the OS is on a physical partition, I just use dd

dd if=/dev/partition of=/file2save bs=4096
