Hi all,

just want to write this down. If you are getting:

enabling io-apic irqs
 -> using new ack method
..MP-BIOS bug: 8254 timer not connected to IO-APIC

**********************
Panic on CPU 0:
IO-APIC + timer doesn't work! Boot with apic=debug and send a report.
Then try booting with the "noapic" option

during boot of xen-4.0 and even "noapic" didn't work, you may try to
enable HPET in your BIOS.

My system started without problems after changing the value to HPET.

Have a nice day,
Fabian
