I do not have the FreeNAS HVM guest anymore. I deleted the guest I rebuilt with paravirtulization using OpenFiler.

Does mem!=maxmem mean memory shouldn't equal maxmem? So for instance I would have something like I have below?

memory=512
maxmemory=768

If it doesn't it's a mistake to configure mem!=maxmem.
