I don't know of the command line equivalent, but using YaST's Online
Update module will do this. There are no ISOs of updates afaik. The
other alternative is to download them from an FTP server...

Is it possible to download maintenance update for 11.2 as ISO image
or what is equivalent of "yum update" on OpenSuse ?

And the problem also should be fixed in our just released maintenance update 
for 11.2.

The bug you mention is waiting for your feedback.

after patching via 
http://gentoo-xen-kernel.googlecode.com/files/xen-patches-2.6.31-9.tar.bz2.
I tested F12 PV DomU installation  at Xen 3.4.3 Dom0 on top of Ubuntu 9.10 
Server with
2.6.31.8 patched via mentioned patch set
