You should use 'xen/master' instead of 'xen-tip/master'.

'xen-tip/master' is old and deprecated. 

All the new development is happening on 'xen/master', and that's what
people should test/use.

'xen/master' branch pv_ops dom0 kernel is currently at Linux 2.6.31.4.
