I just wanted to report my success with the Intel 3210SHLX server board. I found some other threads where people are asking about it.
I've googled a lot, and could't find much about it.

The BIOS needs to be updated to R0047 for Vt-d to be enbled. (or at least later than R0044 which mine was shipped with)

I tested exporting a nic to a smothwall hvm domU, works fine. Exporting a 3Ware 9xxx series Raid controller to a WinXP domU also works flawlessly!

http://wiki.xensource.com/xenwiki/VTdHowTo <- Are there any maintainers here who can update the wiki?

My setup:

Intel Xeon X3360
Intel S3210SHLX
Debian Lenny Dom0 / 2.6.16.8-xen / Xen 3.4.0
