If not, I believe there's an uninstaller on
http://meadowcourt.org/downloads/gplpv_uninstall_bat.zip

On Opensolaris dom0, you have to disable LSO and SG on Windows' XenNet
driver advanced properties. It also requires older version of GPLPV
(0.9.12-pre13). Perhaps NetBSD requires the same thing.
