Fedora 10 includes Xen hypervisor and tools, but it 
does _not_ include dom0 capable kernel.

So you need to install custom dom0 kernel to your F10.

While you're at it, you might also want to grab the latest Xen 3.3.1-11 src.rpm 
from
Fedora 11 (rawhide) and compile/rebuild it for F10.
