Hi all,

i just setup a debian VPS on a XEN server, and want to update the
packages, but keep on getting 404 errors, or even "can't resolve" host
errors.

Being totally new to debian, and doing this for someone else, where
can I find a list of working /etc/apt/sources.list file?

I currently have:

# more /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://http.us.debian.org/debian sarge main contrib non-free
deb http://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US sarge/non-US main contrib non-free
deb http://security.debian.org sarge/updates main contrib non-free

Come of the errors:

Err http://non-us.debian.org sarge/non-US/non-free Packages

W: You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems
E: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old
ones used instead.

The XEN server is in the USA btw.

Kind Regards
