sorry it was not
$ sudo ethtool -K eth0 tx off
$ Cannot set device tx csum settings: Operation not permitted

that error was because i didn't use  sudo
but after using sudo it was
$ sudo ethtool -K eth0 tx off
$ Cannot set device tx csum settings: Operation not supported
