Hi Asim,

Does both your hosts have exactly the same time? Are you using NTP on
them, but not on the  DomU? Do you have: extra="clock=jiffies" in your
DomU config file?

Also in some cases I had to put: xen.independent_wallclock=1 in
/etc/sysctl.conf in the DomU.

You can check your clocksource with:
more /sys/devices/system/clocksource/clocksource0/current_clocksource
