I writed a Plugin for Nagios: 
http://www.nagios-wiki.de/nagios/plugins/check_xencpu

At the moment I migrate the Plugins to Nagios 3 (check_multi), Yesterday I 
created a testing Nagios 3 Plugin for the vbd´s
