it does?
i can't image that any domu kernel can boot with your setup. but then
again, i don't know the debootstrap magic ;-)

yes, http://wiki.debian.org/DebianInstaller/Xen
you simply boot the kernel with the netinstaller initrd and install the
domu the same way as any other debian system.
