i think what Arpan want's is a "data center management tool"...
1) Enomalism is one such tool
2) Usher by Diwakar Gupta is for grid managment
3) oVirt is for redhat linux
But i have never used any of these. I will like to know if you are able to use any of them. I am planning to do similar work in future. So, if you are successful in using any of these, inform me too.
