I am sure this is a commonly covered issue in Xen but I have been googling it and can not come up with the solution.

I noticed that my RealTek Card is only running at 100Mbps but it is a 1000mbps card.

[erin@max02 ~]$ dmesg | grep eth0
eth0: RealTek RTL8139 at 0xffffc2000101c000, 00:16:3e:5b:15:a0, IRQ 32
eth0: Identified 8139 chip type 'RTL-8139'
eth0: link up, 100Mbps, full-duplex, lpa 0x05E1

Is there a way to fix it in the domU or dom0?

Thanks in advanced

E./
