I know that xen 32 bit has a hardcoded limit of 12 GB also using pae.
About xen 64 bit it could have another hardcoded limit: the 64 bit
arch should map 16 exabyte.... However I'm using xen 3.2 64 bit with
26GB of ram.

Thanks, that's exactly what I wanted to know. We were using Xen on a4GB box before and the new boxes will be either 8GB or 16GB 64bit units(running 64bit Dom0).
