Novell submitted an initial patch to support hypercalls that can be used by
Enlightened Windows 2008 Server: http://markmail.org/message/x2qmcrmdiujtzncr

There's been at least one subsequent revision of these patches. I'm not sure
that they've got PV device drivers working yet. The patches add an adaptor
to the Xen hypervisor to enable it to handle MS hypercalls where appropriate,
in parallel to the existing Xen interface.

I've not seen any performance measurements from these patches yet and it seems
likely that some of the hypercalls from the original patch will be dropped
due to not providing significant / measurable benefits.

I'm not clear whether "Enlightened 2008 Server" is some kind of sub-version
of "2008 Server" or whether Enlightenment support is included by default.

Cheers,
Mark
