0x7B - boot device inaccessible?

xenhide.sys doesn't have any visibility to whether any other device is
enabled or disabled, it purely looks for GPLPV and disables the pci ide
device and the rtl8139 network device, so if you have also manually
disabled xenvbd you'll have no boot devices at all!
