You're booting the kernel as dom0?

The problem shouldn't be the lack of VT as this is not used to run dom0.  
Where did you get your kernel and Xen images from?  Maybe one wants a newer 
or incompatible feature.

Is there anything before that in the boot output that might indicate what 
feature this is?  For instance, something in the FEATURES or PAE_MODE output 
from elf_xen_parse_note?

Is it possible that either the hypervisor or the kernel is built for PAE mode 
whilst the other is not?
