Oh no, that is wrong way.
You should not setup eth interfaces of U domains
in the domain 0.
There are must be settings only for domain 0 itself.
And settings for the interfaces of U domains
must be in respective domains.
Let us setup just one domU for the start.
Please, show the /etc/network/interfaces file
of the domain U.
