Hi Sam,

Could you please post the output of /var/log/xen/xend.log 
and /var/log/xen/xend-debug.log.

Please post the output of "xm dmesg" in case we need it.

How did you install Xen?  Distro packages, self compiled, binary tarball, 
Xensource RPMs, etc?
