One solution is to use eth0 from dom0 for 100.x.x.x network and eth1 for 
200.x.x.x and use a virtual interface - Eg, virbr0 - for private lan ip 
addresses. The only problem with this is that the only systems in the 
private network should be the guests.
If the above is not acceptable, you can configure eth0 with 100.x.x.x 
and eth0:1 with 200.x.x.x and bridge both to a bridge.  I have not 
tested this, but somebody says to me this is supposed to work. Good luck.
