Hello,
I am using standard Debian Etch 4.0r1 with standard kernel
2.6.18.dfsg.1-13etch1 (2.6.18-5-xen-amd64) on HP DL 380 G5 server.

I have red this is well known bug but I don't know what it may cause.
What is the reason of this bug and what should I do to eliminate it?
