I hope somebody could help me, i will really
apreciate.
 I dont know why, i made my first guest with
virt-manager  with rhel5, then i installed the guest,
but when it boots , it stops in.. KERNEL PANIc.

And stay the heck *away* from LVM inside a Xen guest domain. There's 
just no reason to use it.
