Other than Kuniyasu Suzaki's VMKnoppix Xen LiveCD and Xensource's LiveCD,
has anyone else attempted/created a Xen LiveCD/DVD on their own? Suzaki
indicated that he did his by trial and error. I was wondering if anyone
has done this and what distro/software/tools was used and if they wrote an
instruction set. Thanks ahead of time.

Vince Green
