[Xen-users] PV IO in HVM domU's

Hi,
i've recently setup a XP SP2 as HVM domU in Xen 3.1.
I noticed, that the qemu layer offers an unkown PCI device.
With the help of google i found a pdf document about
paravirtualized IO in HVM written by Keir.
Maybe i'm completely wrong, but does this device offers
a PV IO layer to the HVM domU ?
If so, i would assume that this is part of Xen Enterprise,
but we're not THIS big in business to make use of all the
Enterprise features. But eventually a driver for this
device (if available) could be licensed for one single
guest running under 3.1?
Thanks for any suggestions about this.
