Hi,
To convert a Hvirt to Paravirt  you need a new disk or LV or loopback file to do it. To mount the Hvirt disk to access the data in partions you'll need use a losetup or, if exist partitions LVM, use kpartx. See this link to more information about disk HVM acess:
