Hi,

I see that same hale the same problem with e1000 so I think that we have
some similar machines.

As the dom0 I use gentto 2007 distribution while it have XEN 3.0.4 from
default. My compilation use is 250 Hz for kernel. I don't have any reason
why it should be this value I found it on the gentoo forum:
