i'm a noob trying to find out what all the snapshot optimizations are available in xen (both checkpoints to files and migration, also known as checkpoint to remote host).  Also, if it's not a bother, could you give a hint on how these optimizations are enabled. For instance, can I enable precopy or COW optimizations for snapshots that will be stored on disk?  My questions are basically inquiring about what the best options to use when reducing downtime.

regards,
-es
