Does it happen with the xendomains script only? Strange.

Maby im blind but i cant see the problem.

Seems like bootentry is deprecated and you still use it.

My VMs comes up and are
working.

Yeah, it's finally only a warning, In the next suse xen version this
might not work anymore.
Do you use a config created by yast, or manually?

If manually: fix it
yast: report a bug to opensuse
