Hello,
domU creation fails each time on my xen 3.0.4-1 on x86_64 SMP system.

dom0 seems ok, xend is running:
Name ID Mem(MiB) VCPUs State Time(s)
Domain-0                                   0      489     4 r-----     26

Then xm create gives either:

Using config file "/var/xen/xxxx/xxxx.cfg".
VNC= 1
Xend has probably crashed! Invalid or missing HTTP status code.

or:

Using config file "/var/xen/xxxx/xxxx.cfg".
VNC= 1
Unexpected error: exceptions.OSError

Please report to xen-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
