The problem is: Once you have a working configuration, you start to play with 
it 
until it stops working. Then you know what was the thing not to do.

However if you start with the thing not working at all, frustration is high, 
and 
you want to dump it alltogether. I've configured 9 VMs and all except one can 
mount a specific NFS filesystem, while all 9 can mount an NFS filesystem from 
another machine. Completely clueless, but exactly that error prevents me from 
building packages, because the filesystem that doesn't mount is the one with 
the 
free space. 8-(
