As it is, I'd be really surprised if OS X would boot, since it's never been 
tested.  If it did, I'm afraid it would probably recognise it wasn't running 
on a Mac and refuse to do anything useful...

It might be possible to hack OS X to work but running it on a non-Apple 
machine would in any case be a violation of Apple's licensing terms (I'm not 
sure what the position on running virtualised MacOS X on an actual Mac would 
be... though).

You might be better off buying a Mac (maybe a Mini?) in this instance.
