This is defintely not OT, it's just about running Xen, and it's a hard question.

But it's dealt with in a lot of other posts on this list, and I'm not
gonna repeat them - please search and read the list archive first (as
with any other questions) - if something's keeps unclear, refer to a
post which you didn't understand, or ask for the mssing bit of
information.
The wiki (not sure which "site" you mean above) also has quite some information.
