The only bios option that hinted on disabling VT is

Advanced -> CPU Configuration -> Max CPUID Value limit [Disabled]

I did not find any other options that explicitly enable/disable VT.

According to the table in the current issue of PC PRO (uk mag) 9x0 chips support VT, 9x5 chips don't.
